These Terms and Conditions apply to all work carried out by Keltie Campers Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By booking work with us, you agree to these terms.

2. Quotes and Estimates
- All quotes are provided based on the information supplied by the customer at the time of enquiry.
- Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
- Prices may change if additional work, parts, or labour are required following inspection of the vehicle.
- Any changes to the quoted work will be discussed and agreed before proceeding.
3. Booking and Deposits
- A booking may require a deposit to secure workshop time and order parts.
- Deposits are non-refundable once parts have been ordered specifically for your vehicle.
- The remaining balance is payable on completion of the work, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
4. Vehicle Condition and Access
- Vehicles must be delivered to our workshop in a safe and roadworthy condition.
- Any pre-existing faults, damage, or modifications should be disclosed before work begins.
- We reserve the right to refuse or stop work if a vehicle is unsafe or unsuitable.
5. Scope of Work
- We will carry out only the work agreed in writing (email or quotation).
- Additional work requested during the installation may incur additional costs.
- All electrical systems are installed based on best practice and manufacturer guidance.
6. Parts and Components
- We use quality components from reputable manufacturers, including Victron, Fogstar and Roamer where specified.
- Manufacturer warranties apply to supplied components and are subject to their individual terms.
- We are not responsible for faults caused by customer-supplied parts unless agreed in advance.
7. Warranties and Aftercare
- Our workmanship is warranted for 12 months from the date of completion, unless stated otherwise.
- This warranty covers installation faults only and does not cover misuse, modification, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.
- Manufacturer warranties apply separately to supplied components.
8. Electrical Systems and Usage
- Off-grid electrical systems must be used in accordance with guidance provided at handover.
- We are not responsible for damage caused by overloading systems, unauthorised modifications, or third-party interference after installation.
- Customers are responsible for routine checks and safe operation of their vehicle.
9. Delays and Unforeseen Issues
- While we aim to complete work within agreed timescales, delays may occur due to parts availability or unforeseen issues.
- We will communicate any significant delays as soon as possible.
10. Cancellations
- If you need to cancel a booking, please notify us as soon as possible.
- Deposits may be retained to cover ordered parts or lost workshop time.
- Cancellations made after work has commenced will be charged for work completed and parts used.
11. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of use or enjoyment of the vehicle.
- Our liability is limited to the value of the work carried out.
- Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot be excluded by law.
12. Customer Property
- Vehicles and personal belongings are left at the customer’s risk.
- We recommend removing valuable personal items before leaving your vehicle with us.
13. Data Protection
- Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
14. Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Scotland.
- Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
15. Changes to These Terms
- We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
